Mini Adventurers Preschool and Forest school in Hangleton

Cake sale on today at the preschool 3-4pm, come along and help raise money for this good cause

The last couple of weeks we have explored farms and the harvest festival. We have enjoyed lots of farm animal play, learnt the farm animal makaton signs and explored real fruit and vegetables in our farm shop. Dressing up as farm animals was so much fun as well as using pumpkin scented playdough to mould and painting with tractor wheels.

Back to preschool!
Last week was all about settling in our new starters and building new friendships. Just look at how beautifully the children have been playing together and building friendships 💗

Wow 5 years ago today I opened my first preschool setting with just 3 children signed up and attending. Mow I have 2 successful settings that are doing so well that we have a waiting list.
I am so thankful to my amazing team and supportive parents but most of all to each and every child who has been a part of our setting. They make our job so worth while every day. Let's see what the next 5 years holds 💗

Today we went on a training walk for the Marathon Moonwalk we are doing next month. 26.44km/16miles from worthing to Brighton Marina and ending at the Music Hall for a well earned drink today. All with a broken toe!

Surely that commitment to training is worth people sponsoring me? (Let alone all of the other crazy things I'm doing this year)

As lots of you know I turned 40 this year and decided to set myself a challenge of doing at least 1 event/challenge a month for the whole year.

So far I have done a half marathon, a 10k race and another half marathon track day. Other events coming up include the 5k colour run, 100km walk in under 24 hours, an abseil down the i360 and the moonwalk (still more to plan)

Rather than fundraising for each event I am raising money for the moonwalk event only. This is an event I am doing with a team of my closest friends, 1 of which is my crazy challenge/event partner and a true inspiration to myself and so many. She kicked cancers bottom all whilst still being a really supportive friend to me when I was going through my own health issues.

She was lucky but there are so many who are not and I myself have lost many loved ones to cancer.

Please can you all help me to raise as much as possible for this worthy cause and support me in all of the crazy challenges I'm setting out to do this year 💗
