Your spine isn’t just for posture, it’s built to move.

When we lose that natural movement: bending, rotating, adapting — we become stiff, inefficient, and more prone to pain. Training your spine to move well keeps your body resilient, mobile, and strong in ways that actually carry over to real life.

Move your spine, move better, feel better. 🤸🏼

Dealing with period pain? This back, core + glute flow can help ease the tension 🤍

✨ Step-by-step:
1. Gently engage your core
2. Keep your spine neutral + relaxed
3. Activate glutes + hamstrings as you move
4. Move slowly with your breath

Why this helps during your cycle:
• Relieves lower back pain + cramping
• Reduces pelvic tension
• Strengthens glutes + hamstrings to support your lower back
• Takes pressure off your spine
• Improves circulation (helps ease discomfort)
• Soothes bloating + heaviness
• Gently activates core without strain
• Improves mobility when you feel stiff
• Encourages relaxation + body awareness

Strong glutes + a supported core = less strain on your back, especially during your cycle 💫 Save for when you need it most

Never trust people who want to put you down — trust your self, trust the process, work hard and don’t train to impress, train to progress 💪 🔥

Lower back pain isn’t always a back problem ❌
Tight hips 🦴 and hamstrings 🦵 force your lower back to do extra work.
Improve mobility ➡️ move better ➡️ feel better 🙌

Stretch your hips. Mobilize your hammys. Your back will thank you 🔥

I started training in the 2023. My main goal was growing lower body muscles and sculpt my stomach after child birth. I wasn’t hamming for ribbed abs or insane looking muscles, I only wanted my body to look and feel better then it did.
Training became a passion, became then a subject of study and soon after my main profession.
As a trainer I feel highly motivated and all I wish is to help others to feel better with their own body and adapt a healthy lifestyle.
Being generally healthy will keep uour body youthful and strong on the long run.
If you ever feel that’s to hard for you, remember that you’ve been going through are things in your life, what’s gonna be a barbell 😉 🔥 💪

Let’s talk double standards 👀
Nobody blinks when guys rip off their shirts to show chest, arms, shoulders and abs, the muscles they grind for. They wear tanks, go shirtless at the gym or the beach, and post flex pics because they’re proud of their progress.

Women train too. But our focus often includes glutes, legs, and core. Instead of shirts off, it’s leggings, shorts, or side angles that show the work we’ve put in. It’s the same principle: you work a muscle you’re proud of and you want to see the changes.

So yes, glutes are a muscle, one of the main ones we train, track, and celebrate results in. 💪🍑 Proud of the work, proud of the progress.
