Plenty of fun to come in the Easter holidays, possible wild game pigeon if we can get them with wild garlic and butter, kids love this and it never fails to amaze how awesome it is for children to see field to plate food.
It tastes like steak with a hint of liver, the skillet is always empty when we run this activity.
Absolutely delicious.
