I have been teaching since 2004 internationally. I can teach many styles, pregnancy yoga, therapeutic yoga etc., but I don't follow any particular modern style. I believe yoga should be made accessible to everybody but everybody is different and needs different ways that also may change according to season and age. A practice that will reinvigorate you with vital energy and make you feel alert and
strong yet balanced and relaxed. A powerful sequence that will move and increase your ojas, ayurvedic word for "vigor". Sundara Flow adapts to the modern person and applies a knowledge of anatomy and physiology, modern science and traditional hatha yoga. Every posture has a simple and a more complex variety so that the practice is suitable equally for a beginner, injured person to more advanced practitioner. Sundara Flow incorporates the wisdom and deep knowledge of Synergy Yoga Australia, the first somatic movment and enquiry of Godfrey Devereux, alignment and subtleties of Iyengar Yoga, movement and flow of Ashtanga Yoga combined with an intuitive as learnt and studied approach of what is suitable any given day and moment. The aim is to generate energy rather than to block it with a focus on a meditative flow. Ultimately this leads to less stress and a more content being. Nourish your vitality and get your 'Ojas' working. Claudia has been teaching internationally yoga since 2004 (her first teacher training was in 2003) and has been a teacher on retreats, workshops and conferences. She is a Senior Yoga Alliance Teacher. Her passion is yoga and her classes are always adapting to the person who come to the class and she will give you lots of attention. The style is a mixture of Ashtanga, Iyengar and Viniyoga with strong bias on Synergy Yoga with a sense of humour. Just Yoga.
