For December only! Get involved!
I did real ninja stuff with a real life ninja. teaching me how to go Goku with my bodyweight.
One time a girl said to me "my ex was about your height, he was fast for his size though" I just looked at her like the lady in Jamaican food place looks at you when you ask for Festival 2 hours before closing time and thought to myself "CUZ! do you know who I am???? I climbed up a mountain in Jordans you know I'm not some gangly yout"
Anyway, moral of the story is I'm fast he's not and this is video evidence π.
Nothing crazy today, just work on mechanics and starts for 10 and 20 metres.

First piff Monday of the year so I had to whip out the spaceships hit the track ππ
Don't buy into the nonsense ladies
I was aching to hit the track today, however, the weather was anti-piff so i made do indoors. Unilateral work is a major key I promise you, used the crash mat to make working for that reactivity and response a lot harder which worked sick and exposed my lack of mobility on my right side.
Also, Hizzo's track of the week. I'm not gonna tell you what it's called because I am "that" guy and I enjoy being petty with music. I never in my life have wanted to dab and milly rock as much as I listen to this....despite my better judgement
I see people butcher this all the time. This is why I don't tend to go mental with plyometrics
Someone once told me "where the head goes the body follows" so a strong stable neck only makes sense to aid strong stable movement, right?
That last exercise is what I like to call The Bastard aka The Nope, all you need is a resistance band, a stick and no soul.
On a level though, my go to core exercise if I need to improve knee drive so runners/athletes get on it. Try and hold the tension in the band for 10-20 seconds with back flat.
