🌿 Rainforest Adventures! 🐒

Year 3 had a wonderful day at Drusillas Park, celebrating the end of their Rainforest topic. From spotting incredible animals and impressing with their knowledge during an interactive workshop to enjoying the rainforest-themed rides and learning about the importance of protecting these precious environments, it was a fantastic day of learning, discovery and fun! 🦜🌍✨

Join Brighton College’s three-day Music Summer School this July for pupils aged 9 to 13 (all schools are welcome).
 
Young musicians will take part in ensemble playing, singing sessions and percussion workshops, developing their skills across a wide range of musical styles.
 
Led by expert teachers and visiting instrumental specialists, the course will build confidence, creativity and musicianship in a fun and supportive environment. The week concludes with a celebratory concert, where families and friends are invited to enjoy a showcase of everything the pupils have achieved.

A berry wonderful day at the farm! 🍓💫

Year 4 had a fantastic trip to , enjoying a tour of the farm, an informative talk from Farmer Steve and of course, plenty of strawberry picking. ✨

🌿🔍 Exploring nature at Stanmer Park!

Year 1 had a fantastic day discovering the wonders of the outdoors. From flower hunts and sketching beautiful plants to bird watching, minibeast hunting and bubble chasing, pupils immersed themselves in nature while building on their science learning about flowers and bees. 🐝🦋🌸

🌿 Little Gardeners, Big Achievements

Our Nursery Planting Party was a wonderful celebration of a year of growing and learning. Families admired the pupils’ fantastic beanstalks, enjoyed flower-themed crafts and joined in the celebrations as our budding gardeners shared their knowledge and tucked into a well-earned ice cream! 🍦

Nature in print 🎨🌿

Year 6 have been inspired by the work of Anna Atkins, creating beautiful gelli prints using flowers and plants. 🌸🍃✨

Friendship in full bloom in Early Years! 💛

Nursery and Reception enjoyed a magical morning of sharing stories, puzzles and toys, making friendship bracelets and sending bubbles flying into the sky.

Lodge Hill Adventures 🌳

Across two action-packed days, Years 3 and 4 took part in a wide variety of challenges, from go-karting and zip lines to archery, crate stacking and shelter building.

The days were full of excitement, new experiences and plenty of smiles, with evenings rounded off around the campfire with songs and s’mores. 💫

What a trip for Year 5 at Cuffley! 🌿

From axe-throwing and crate stacking to laser tag and the gladiator wall, pupils embraced every challenge with bravery, resilience and teamwork. Evenings were just as special, filled with laughter, campfires and s’mores under the stars ✨
