Impact Safety Net B R A V E (Building Resilience and Valuing Emotions) sessions are specifically designed to help children and young people with emotional or behavioural difficulties, who find it hard to settle in school.

Last week we delivered a fabulous BRAVE session at Benfield Primary. Children had a chance to talk about the strengths they see in themselves, and the qualities others see in them too ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

If you are a Brighton and Hove school and would like to refer a child for support, please COMPLETE A REFERRAL FORM and we will get in touch 👉 https://buff.ly/48IgUu2

For those that celebrate, the Impact Children, Young People and Families team would like to wish you a merry and peaceful Christmas.

✨ Stevie, Head of Supported Housing at Impact Stopover, really enjoyed the carol service held at St Leonards Church Seaford in support of Stopover. This is Father James, with members of the Seaford and District Mothers Union.

✨ Connie (in the right of the picture) deserves a special mention as she has supported Stopover with her family, friends and now the Mothers Union, for over 30 years.

✨ Connie remembers Stopover when it was 1 house providing 2 bedrooms for homeless women. We have grown a lot since then and now have 10 houses supporting young women in need.

Christmas can be a very enjoyable time but it can also feel very long and very tiring. If you’re looking after a young baby just remember to check the 3 C’s before you pick them up:

1. Am I Calm?
2. Can I be Careful?
3. Will I be Caring?

Have a great Christmas and New Year
