We specialize in recreating the total “Restaurant” experience (with you as the chef and diner)! Brighton cookery school specialises in corporate and teambuilding events, birthday cele

brations, Hen and stag parties. We also offer private chef services, outside catering and venue hire packages for product launches. If you join us for a cookery session you'll be welcomed with Prosecco and canapés as you arrive and then proceed to prepare your own delicious meal supported by our team. We have various mouth-watering menus in place; alternatively menus can also be tailored to your specific requirements. Our philosophy is for you to learn, cook and eat in a professional yet fun and informal environment. Our cookery school is able to accommodate a minimum of 6 people for private bookings. If yopu're local to Brighton, join our Brighton Cookery Club, the only social cooking and dining club in the city run by professional chefs with professional business premises!

Give your child a fun and unforgettable birthday experience where they become the chef!

Our hands-on cookery parties are designed to spark creativity, build confidence, and keep kids fully engaged — all while making something delicious they’re proud of.

✨ OPTION 1 — COOKERY WORKSHOP
1.5 hours | £30 + VAT per child
A fun, guided cooking session where children create their own dishes to take home and enjoy.

✨ OPTION 2 — COOK, DINE & CELEBRATE
1.5 hours cooking + 1 hour dining | £40 + VAT per child
Kids cook together, then sit down to enjoy their creations plus a special dessert — a complete party experience they’ll never forget.

For bake parties, we can also serve lasagne or fresh pasta with pomodoro sauce for a relaxed shared meal.

Our Family Cooking Week is almost here, and we still have a few spaces available on selected classes!

Join us for an afternoon of cooking, learning and sharing a delicious meal together. Whether you’re folding homemade Gyoza, discovering the flavours of Korean cuisine, or creating American Diner Classics, you’ll make memories (and some amazing food!) to take home.

Yesterday’s Teens Can Cook class was full of fun, laughter... and a few tears (thanks to the onions! 🧅😂).

Our young chefs took on an American Diner Classics menu, making everything from scratch:
🍔 Juicy Smash Burgers
🥔 Loaded Wedges
🧀 Creamy Mac & Cheese
🍪 New York Style Cookies

There was plenty of teamwork (and bossing around of the boys - thanks girls 💪), lots of new skills learnt, and even more smiles as everyone sat down to enjoy the delicious meal they had created together.

If you’ve got a budding young chef at home, we’d love them to join us at one of our upcoming Teens Can Cook sessions.

About last night……
Last night’s Fermented Foods & Pickles class was such a fantastic evening! 🥒🫙

Our guests got hands-on exploring the fascinating world of fermentation and pickling, learning traditional techniques that are easy to recreate at home. Together we made our own jars of kimchi, prepared traditional Spanish escabeche, and created a delicious seasonal pickle to take home.

It was brilliant to see everyone gaining confidence as they discovered the differences between lacto-fermentation and vinegar preservation—all while enjoying a fun, relaxed evening in the kitchen (and of course, leaving the washing up to us!).

If you’d love to learn how to make your own kimchi, traditional Spanish escabeche and seasonal pickles, we’d love to welcome you to our next class.
