Girls football 👍♥️⚽️ at St Luke’s! Delivered by previous students 👏…… (years 3 & 4….for now!)
We are extremely proud to announce a new school we will be working with to offer more girls the opportunity to experience, learn and thrive in football ⚽️🤩
This is actually the school where Coach’s Matt & Finn first attended age 4 so it’s nice for the Galaxy journey to circle back round to where it all started 🏫💫
Exciting times ahead at St Luke’s Primary! ⭐️🥳

St Luke's legend Danny Annaly will be collecting second hand (mens) coats tomorrow for the organisation 'Care4Calais'. Read more here - and please bring in any spares you may have, thank you:
As temperatures drop across northern France, refugees are facing the bitter cold with little more than the clothes on their backs. A warm, waterproof coat is a lifeline, but our warehouse shelves are almost bare. We are desperately short of coats and the funds to buy more. We cannot stand by and let people freeze. Please, help us provide warmth and dignity to those in desperate need this winter:

Please join us from 8:15am this Friday for the half term breakfast! Raising funds for Year 2 who would like to buy toys for 'team time'! For our new Reception parents, every half term and end of year we hold a breakfast that raises funds for a year group (on a rolling basis). The year group decide how the money raised is spent to enrich play and education for our children! Families are asked to bring biscuits, croissants, cake or fruit to share, and we serve them plus tea, coffee and juice for cash or card donations (no fixed prices - just whatever you'd like to give). ♥️

Happy holidays all! Please see below from the lovely Sarah Jackson!
Hi everyone ! Some of you may remember me as a class teacher for many happy years at St Luke's. Since I retired, as well as some specialist PSHE teaching, it is my privilege to work as a funeral celebrant. I provide non-religious ceremonies to celebrate and honour the life of a person who has died. I recently led a ceremony for a family from the St Luke's community.I would warmly welcome enquiries from anyone who has lost someone close. I would be there to support you at this hard time and help you create a ceremony that reflects how you would like to remember your loved one and share their story. Here is the link to my web page and testimonials...please do not hesitate to get in touch if you think I might be of help. Best wishes Sarah Jackson
