Hello! Just a sporadic Facebook post to say that I’m still here teaching babies, toddlers and older children to sleep through the night every single day. I just can’t find time for social media! But as I’ve said before- I like it that way. I don’t want to spend my time marketing. I don’t want to get so busy that I can’t give my clients my full attention. I don’t want to employ staff or sell ‘Sleep Through Jen’ franchises 😂 I just really enjoy making a difference to the lives of the families I work with. It's back to school and back to work for me! Kicked off September with a 9 month old champ (sleeping through by night 2 💪) and a gorgeous contact-napping 11 week old who'll be snoozing in his cot very soon... 😉

I forgot to do a ‘Merry Christmas from Sleep Through Jen’ post! Needless to say - I’m still useless at updating my business page. To be fair, I spend so much time on my phone answering sleep related questions that marketing posts just don’t happen. Which is totally fine by me. I just like getting on with the job and making a difference to the families I support. If you’d like to be one of those I’d love to hear from you in 2023.
Sleep is the glue that holds everything together. Don’t devalue it.

Come and take that last seat, help build a new mum community and invest in yourself. Never mind the encroaching winter, we have a warm, safe space for you to rest and unload in!

Sleep, ask the midwife/postnatal Doula, baby massage, postnatal physical recovery, wellbeing and mental health and baby proofing... All topics we will cover.
