Sorry everyone but we are both still testing positive for covid and still feeling pretty rough. Sadly neither of us will be well enough or in the clear ready for tomorrows class.

Sorry to let you all down but we will definatley be back next Sunday!

Hi guys. I'm really sorry but due to Covid we are going to have to cancel tomorrows class.

Really, really sorry but we just wanna keep you all safe. Classes will continue the following week!

Who's coming to class this Sunday? 3pm start! Fitness first in Brighton.

Only 2 days to go until our next dance extravaganza!! Who's up for coming on Sunday ? Depending on numbers we may drop the second class an push the fist one slightly back but we will keep you posted.

Brighton's brand new all inclusive dance class. We run a weekly drop in session focusing on learning routines, keeping fit and having fun. From R&B to Show Tunes and everything in between we want to create a class that has a mixture of dance styles and genres that caters to everyone from 18+

We run two classes:

General dance: For those who like to move, learn choreography and keep fit and our second.

Advanced class: Catered for people with some experience of picking up choreography at a faster pace and with some dance background.

We are an all inclusive class and encourage diversity, acceptance and self expression in a safe space
