Brighton peeps! Running children’s workshop filled with art and fun imagination practices at .space (opposite Little Dippers), tomorrow 1pm - 3pm.
We will explore the power of imagination through series of guided imagery exercises followed by drawing or play.
This is a great opportunity to find out how guided imagery can support your child’s wellbeing and creativity.
The event is free and part of the Saturday open day.
Post meditation glow and sharing through art and stories. Today we connected with our hearts and journeyed to the enchanted forest to find our whispering tree. What joy!

Meditation technique I practice with children is called imagery. (Often called mental imagery, guided visualisations or true imagination).
Imagery helps children picture what goes on inside of them. Sometimes finding words for inner experiences is really hard, but describing them through stories, metaphors, shapes and colours helps bringing them into conscious awareness in a more playful way.
