❤️February Competition:❤️

This half term, we ran a little competition to find out what our students LOVE about their town in England. The challenge was to capture the beauty of their town through the most unique photograph of anything historical, colourful or just plain fun!

We loved seeing England through your eyes and are excited to share the winning photos:

In first place, we have Ana, who won a gift card of her choosing with her beach hut photo. Victoria took second place with her very artistic picture of some colourful pencils, earning her afternoon tea for herself and a friend, and Julia won third place who won cinema tickets with her unique photograph of a carnival horse!

Reina's Life In The UK 🇬🇧📸 Here are just a few of our favourite pictures capturing the joy of Reina's exchange. From charming landscapes to heartwarming experiences with her host family, each photo tells a unique story of adventure and connection. 🇬🇧✨

Here's what Reina had to say about her experience: 'My host mother, Julia, has such a warm personality and I very much enjoy talking with her. I love her homemade cooking and tea time with her. She kindly took us to a two day trip to Cornwall for the first weekend of September 15-17. It was a heartful warming gesture from her and I did create another great memory with her. I can't thank enough for her kindness.
I also have a host sister, Anouk, I can entertain myself with her, which is another big warm welcome for me to the host family. I have wanted to say thank you to everyone in your organization for giving me the opportunity to meet my host mother and host sister and have me enrol into a great school, Sarum Academy.'

My highlight of September was definitely the trip to London. I was so thankful to have other wonderful students from all over the world, mostly Europe, as travel friends. Because of them, my first trip to the big city did not make me feel lonely. I will very much look forward to my European trip soon.'

Our next stop was Heidelberg 🇩🇪 Our students had a blast exploring the charming altstadt (old town) and indulging in the city's delicious sweet treats. 🍨🏰🍰

Bonjour, Paris! 🇫🇷 Our group of students is in the French capital, and the adventure is in full swing. From the Eiffel Tower to charming cafes, we're savoring every moment of this unforgettable trip. 🗼💖
