Jamil finished his graphic design degree and looked at the job market honestly. Oversaturated. Competitive. Not the future he'd planned for.
So he picked up the phone and had a conversation with our team about what else was possible. No IT experience. No obvious route in.
The Royal Household doesn't hire anyone. Jamil got there because he was genuinely prepared.
If your current path isn't the one you want, that first conversation costs nothing.
Want to follow in Jamil's footsteps? Drop us a comment or a DM.

A little shoutout to Robyn and Charli from the marketing department, who recently celebrated their 1-year Learning People work anniversary.

78 million. Let that land for a second.
That's how many data job opportunities are projected globally by 2030, across every sector, not just technology.
The reason that number is so significant isn't just the size of it. It's what it tells us about where the jobs market is heading.
Data literacy is becoming a baseline expectation in the same way digital literacy was 15 years ago. The people who get ahead of that shift now, who build the skills before the demand peaks, are the ones who'll have the most options.
The good news is that getting started in data doesn't require a computer science degree or years of technical experience. It requires the right qualifications and the right support to get there.
If you've been curious about a career in data, or you're already working in a data-adjacent role and want to formalise your skills, now is probably the right time to have that conversation.
Our Career Consultants can walk you through what the path looks like for someone in your situation, specifically. No obligation.
