People think skipping is just a warm up or something boxers do. But skipping is one of the most effective exercises for burning fat, toning up, moving better, or just levelling up your fitness💪🏼 

Once you learn the technique and keep consistent with it, here are some benefits ⬇️

✅ Build cardio & conditioning – You’ll feel your lungs, legs, and shoulders working from the get go. Great for heart health, fat loss, and fight prep🔥 

✅ Fast, reactive footwork – You get quicker on your feet, lighter on your toes, & much more agile. It can transfer to any sport🔥 

✅ Build balance, rhythm & coordination🔥 

✅ Tendon and joint strength – Builds resilience in your ankles, knees, & Achilles over time. It’s tough, but your body adapts🔥 

✅ Mental sharpness – It keeps you focused as you need to concentrate but it’s also great as a type of active meditation. Kinda like running. Great for awareness & presence🔥
