Photos from 2025 ➡️

No photos this time.
Just presence.
No rush. No goal. Just space to be.

A field full of kindness, movement, listening, diversity.
Yoga classes that moved more than the body.
Contact improvisation that blurred all edges.

Felt held. Felt home.
Grateful for it all 🙏

🌿 Feeling grateful to be part of Buddhafield Festival 2025 again 🌿

🗓️ Festival dates: 16-20 July 2025

Last year was my first time at the festival, and I loved every bit of it — the people, the land, the energy… such a beautiful and welcoming community. I’m really happy to be back this year and looking forward to sharing space again.

I’ll be offering a grounding Hatha Alignment practice — a mix of mindful movement, breath, and rest. It’s open to all levels.

Here are my class times:

🧘‍♂️ Wednesday & Saturday – 6:15–7:15am
🧘‍♂️ Thursday & Sunday – 4:45–6:00pm
📍Yoga Space 1

We’ll finish each session with a deep rest (Yoga Nidra), so you can start or end your day with a steady mind and open heart.

Hope to see you there 🌼

Last week, one morning, I woke up feeling unmotivated, heavy, and tired—probably the winter blues. My mind was foggy, and before I knew it, I started crying in front of my wife.

I’m sharing this because people often assume that practicing yoga means you’re always happy and healthy. But that’s not true. We all have our struggles. Yoga doesn’t erase them—it helps us recognise and manage them with awareness.

The Yoga Sutras remind us: “Sa tu dīrgha-kāla-nairantarya-satkārāsevito dṛḍha-bhūmiḥ”—Yoga becomes firmly grounded when practiced consistently, with sincerity and devotion. Life constantly brings stress and worry, but yoga helps us see these as temporary and reset each day.

That day, I didn’t feel like practicing, but I realised that was when I needed it the most. It didn’t fix everything, but it gave me clarity and reminded me that it’s okay to not feel okay.

Yoga isn’t about always feeling great—it’s about showing up, even when you don’t. Come along and practice with me on Tuesdays at 5:15 pm Let’s move and reset together.

Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Growth and Change

As I look back on 2024, I am filled with gratitude for the experiences and lessons this year brought.

This year began with big changes—I moved from Scotland to Brighton, started a new job and found my place in a vibrant, welcoming community. Teaching yoga in Brighton has been a joy, and discovering as a space to share my practice has been amazing.

I was lucky to teach at the and festival, where I connected with inspiring practitioners and shared the depth of yoga in meaningful ways.

Here’s to carrying these lessons into 2025, with an open heart and a steady mind. 🌟

Exploring heart opening and back bending poses during my self-practice. These poses are powerful for cultivating both strength and flexibility, and I love how they leave me feeling grounded yet uplifted. 🧘‍♂️🌱

I will be teaching these poses again in my upcoming class, where we will focus on alignment and using props to deepen the experience. Join me on Tuesday at to open your heart! ❤️✨
