This is an ICF-certified diploma offering exceptional value with specialist training, MCC supervision, live classes, and lifetime professional support built in.

Here’s what that looks like:

✅ 12-level relationship coaching syllabus for life

This is a complete, specialist curriculum (models, frameworks, exercises, and tools) designed specifically for relationship coaching, rather than a generic add-on. Comparable niche trainings on their own are around £750–£1,200, usually with time-restricted access, whereas you have lifetime access.

✅ 40 hours of live Zoom classes

Live, interactive teaching rather than pre-recorded content. At standard group training rates, this typically comes to around £2,000.

✅ 6 supervision sessions with an MCC coach (me!) which is the top tier of ICF credentials

MCC-level supervision is rarely included in diplomas and is usually paid for separately. This is £1050 of value and supports ethical practice and ICF credentialing.

Live and unfiltered! This is me, still standing after today’s spin and weights sesh.

It wasn’t until my 40s that I started taking exercise seriously. Prior to that, I went through phases.

Sporadic gym memberships, cycling spurts, sponsored walk challenges, popmobility classes in a school hall.

And then my sister asked me to do the Brighton Half Marathon in 2013. I live in Brighton and had no excuses!

Training to run for 2.5 hours non-stop started a shift in how I looked at exercise.

This time, it was about achieving goals that supported my body. And my mind loved space to roam free on my runs. Plus, connecting with nature opened up a fresh level of soulfulness. Whether on a seafront sprint or frolicking through fields, I remained committed.

For once, exercise was not simply to counteract my chocolate intake.

And now? Every day I do something that falls under the category of “moving with intention”.

Spin, weights, running, yoga, pilates, HIIT, and the newest addition to the family, “Walk-It Wednesdays”.

These 90-minute coastal walks are designed to help me grow my business. Give me space and time to mentally journal about what’s next. Being in motion alongside a seascape, while dreaming up ideas, is my joy!

On this week’s walk I realised that waiting until January for the next ICF relationship coach training is too long to wait!

I want to talk about boundaries for a minute. Not the Instagrammed-quotable kind, but the messy, human, real-world kind.

Boundaries are something I’ve had to learn the hard way in my business, and in my relationships.

When I first stepped into non-monogamy, I thought I had done the work around boundaries. But it turns out, knowing your boundaries and actually holding them (especially when emotions run high) are two very different things.

It was the same in my coaching business. As a solopreneur, the lines between “work” and “life” blur fast.
