Every summer we've had to tell some heartbroken families that their dog has died due to heatstroke.
As the weather warms up please don't take any risks. Only ever walk them early in the morning or in the evening when it's cooler and keep walks a bit more relaxed. Don't leave them in a car, hot room or sunbathing in the heat and make sure they have plenty of water.
If you're worried your dog may have heatstroke, call us straight away as they can become seriously ill very quickly.

Practice to the soundtrack of chainsaws as trees are pollarded in the park
Wonderful morning practice in Queens Park
( every Tuesday at 9). Clubs and staffs (hanbo). The inner landscape merging with the outer. A great way to start the day.
This work draws heavily upon T.S.Eliot's FOUR QUARTETS. Effectively a poetic manual which identifies and describes the conditions of consciousness which are implicit in the experience of being human, the Quartets contain the most subtle and accurate descriptions of movement ever written .
"At the still point of the turning world neither flesh nor fleshless,
neither from nor towards,
at the still point, there the dance is".
This is a great starting point for our work. From the still point energy radiates outwards in all directions, in space and time. This is the motion of the vortex.
Come and try in my Tuesday morning class at Queen's Park, Brighton, UK.
