New practice available on YouTube - . Matching The Frequency.
Hoping we can ALL keep our frequencies in light at this time.
Keep trusting, keep practicing, keep living in love ❤️

There's an understanding, rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern science, that the reality we experience is shaped not by what we think, but by what we feel and embody at the deepest level.
Essentially, our frequency.
Most attempts to change our lives happen at the surface - through effort, willpower, and positive thinking - but the beliefs and patterns that actually run us live far below conscious awareness: in the body and the nervous system.
Yoga Nidra offers us a way in.
Through it’s systematic practice, Yoga Nidra guides us beneath the noise of the thinking mind, to the place where real change can take root.
To match the frequency we want to awaken in us - cue Sankalpa.
With Sankalpa, we are not looking for anything that does not already exist within:
You are already whole. Already complete. Already enough - exactly as you are, in this moment, in this body, in this life.
But life has a way of teaching us differently: experiences we carry from childhood, from relationships, from years of being told - in one way or another - that we needed to be different, do more, become something other than what we already were. All of that leaves a residue. A kind of forgetting.
Yoga Nidra uncovers this un-truth. It reminds. It brings you back gently, steadily, to what was always already there beneath the noise.
Complete.
Our Sankalpa is the intuitive commitment that aligns with your authentic self - honouring a purpose that is already within. That has, perhaps, always been within.
As Rumi reminds us, 'We carry inside us, the wonders we seek outside us.'
All we need do is lay down, stay awake, and be still. And allow the practice to unfold.
New practice 'Match The Frequency' coming soon!

New practice available on YouTube and Insight Timer: Your Steady Heart
Restore your nervous system and return to a place of inner safety with this 25-minute Yoga Nidra.
"Your Steady Heart" is designed to help you remember the quiet strength within: through gentle breathwork, rotation of consciousness, and heart-centered visualisation, we cultivate a sense of grounded openness and steady light within the chest. And remember, in these times, your heart is as steady as your breath.
So keep breathing, and keep loving.

The most productive thing you can do today?
Nothing.
In an article recently published in The Daily Telegraph (link below), Dr Joseph Jebelli, author of The Brain at Rest, says our brains have a "default network" that only switches ON when we stop striving and start resting.
Daydreaming, silence, stillness - this is where the magic happens.
And here's the science bit: activating your default network grows new synapses. Since Alzheimers is literally a disease of synapse loss, this kind of deep rest could be one of our greatest tools against cognitive decline.
Yoga Nidra is the ultimate default network activator - guiding you into that blissful, effortless state of conscious rest where your brain gets to do its most important work. No effort. No striving. Just rest.
And "when we rest, the brain is powering up." — Dr Joseph Jebelli
Yoga Nidra is your super power. The power of REST.

In these times, it can be hard to keep our hearts steady, and our light shining in what seems to be a darker and darker world.
But if we can remember to connect to our breath, we can be reminded of our steady hearts, and continue to shine our light.
As it's always been: one breath at a time.

THE UNFOLDING
A restorative Yoga Nidra practice designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and reconnect you to your inner stillness.
This is your invitation.
An invitation to reconnect with the quiet intelligence within.
And to allow everything to unfold, naturally.
Yoga Nidra invites you into effortless awareness: as the body sleeps, the mind sleeps, your consciousness is invited to rest. Healing, clarity, and renewal begin to emerge naturally.
This practice includes:
• Full body rotation of consciousness
• Breath awareness (right side, left side, central channel)
• Opposites of sensation (heaviness & lightness, stillness & movement)
• Guided visualisation in Chidakash
• Sankalpa (heart-felt resolve planting the seed of transformation)
• Deep nervous system regulation
• Gentle reawakening integration
This practice is suitable for everyone.
Remember with the unfolding:
A seed does not grow through force.
Or trying.
A seed grows in darkness.
In stillness.
In time.
And in trust.
In this practice, we create the conditions for your inner seed - your Sankalpa - to rest in fertile awareness and unfold in its own way.
And remember as well, the words of Swami Satchidananda:
“The secret of life is to trust the unfolding.”
TRUST THE UNFOLDING.
