Low self-esteem isn’t your problem.
Believing your thoughts is.

Most women I work with have spent years trying to improve their confidence.
Reading. Healing. Fixing. Working on themselves.

But if your worth was never created by thought,
it can’t be reduced by it.

That changes the entire conversation.

I spoke about this — and why it underpins everything I teach and wrote about in The Freedom of Being Enough — on 's podcast The Thought Trap this week

If you’re tired of trying to become enough,
start here.

The link is in my bio for the next 7 days.
If you’re seeing this later, just DM me and I’ll send it to you.

Save this for the next time your mind tells you otherwise.

You already know being hard on yourself isn’t helping.

But it still feels necessary. It still feels like the only thing keeping you “on track.” It still kicks in before you even notice.

And when life feels messy or unfinished your mind rushes in with its usual lines:

“You should be doing more. You should be better than this by now.”

But what if that voice…wasn’t wise? wasn’t helpful? wasn’t even telling the truth?

What if it’s just habitual, something your mind learned to do, over and over again, in the name of staying in control?

In this post, I’m not offering another tool. Just a question:

Can this be enough?
Your day. Your effort.
Your messy, beautiful life.

Even if your mind says no , can you start saying yes?

This is exactly the shift we make inside Unbound, my 1:1 coaching experience for women who are tired of doing their own head in.

No more pushing.
No more managing.
Just real, lasting change from a place of understanding, not effort.

If that sounds like a breath of fresh air…book your free 'F*ck It' Call to see if this is the next right step for you.

NEW VIDEO!

PLEASE NOTE: I had technical issues with the recording of this video. The sound and video do not sync and so you won't be able to see my speaking in this one. So sorry! Hope you enjoy listening instead.

In this video I use a helpful metaphor for when we are caught up in anxious or worried, future-based thinking. We often believe what our mind is telling us about the future. Somehow we think that worrying about things ahead of time, prepares us in some useful way. But what is this isn't true? And even more, what if we have everything we need, in the moment we need it, but not ahead of time?

Do you sometimes struggle to do the things you know are 'good for you'?

It's pretty standard for most humans to experience this in some form or another. Emma sent me her brilliant question about this which I've answered in a video and I talk about in my newsletter this week.

Breaking the illusion: the impersonal nature of feelings 08/06/2023

New video out today!

What if it were true that our thoughts and feelings might not be as personal or significant as we believe them to be?

In this video, I delve into this topic using a metaphor to illustrate. As humans, we often attribute immense importance to specific emotions that arise within us, ultimately causing unnecessary suffering.

However, there is another way. We can acknowledge our feelings, allowing them to exist without becoming entangled in the identities of those feelings....we don't have to get so caught up with who is 'on our bus'...you'll have to watch the video for that to make sense 😂

Ready to experience freedom with your emotions? Take the first step by booking a complimentary call with me to explore the possibility of working together 1:1 using this link: https://calendly.com/lindseyelliottcoaching/free-discovery-coaching-call
