Good morning!
We are embarking on a new term of after school art projects.
7 week courses commence this week.
Classes for year 1-6, year 6/7-11 and adult classes.
All abilities welcome. Spaces available most days.
Monday: Seb teaches classes
3.45pm – 5pm (year 1 – year 6)
5.45pm – 7.15pm (year 6/7 – year 11)

Tuesday: Seb teaches classes
1.30pm – 3pm HOMESCHOOL CLASS (year 5 – year 11)
4.30pm – 5.45pm (year 1 – year 6)
6pm – 7.30pm (year 6/7 – year 11)

Wednesday: Julie teaches classes
6pm – 7.30pm (year 6/7 – year 11)
7.45pm – 9.15pm (18+ adults of all ages welcome)

Thursday: Kris teaches classes
4pm – 5.15pm (year 1 – year 6)
6pm – 7.30pm (year 6/7 – year 11)

Friday: Julie teaches classes
3.45pm – 5pm (year 1 – year 6)

Last workshop of the summer, Lego street art.
The kids were amazing after a long, hot summer. They really bought their A game. So focused, imaginative and we were so impressed with their creations.

Zootopia got the ArtRoom treatment here. Loved seeing the kids interpretation of the brief. Such creative minds in class today.

There’s an exhibition of David McKee’s artwork featuring Mr. Benn and Elmer, curated by his son Brett. It’s at St Barbe Museum and Art Gallery in Lymington, Hampshire

The McKee family home features in the artwork as do the the McKee family as you’ll see by the McKee key.

Today it was the turn of Diary of a Wimpy Kid to be made over in a surrealist style.
The class was awesome and a pleasure to teach and they all achieved such a high standard of work.
Here are a few examples. Some of the kids were really young and produced some quality output.

Our young budding artists showed us how Toy Story 5 would look if given the Vexx treatment.
They were a great class, so focused and talented.
Love the way they’ve portrayed all the characters.
