5TMA is a professional, family run school, teaching a combined Martial Arts Education, incorporating Taekwondo, Weapons Skills and practical self defence. The skill of commitment, following through and sticking with things is a skill we all need to improve upon. At 5TMA we teach the importance of fun and commitment. We are confident in our Instructors, our style of teaching, and beliefs in the Martial Arts training, that's why we offer free introductory classes so you can try it out for yourself to see if it is the right thing for you. Our classes cater for all ages 4 years and upwards, all abilities and experience levels, all fitness levels, male and female. We have a special class for 4 - 6 year olds and also have family classes, as well as different classes for different ability levels, so our classes are perfectly designed to cater for the individual.
