Impromptu lunch at the Atrium Brigg. Chose the Confit Cherry Tomatoes…absolutely delicious, highly recommended. It would pair perfectly with my own Saison recipe.The sweetness of the tomatoes would allow those spicy and fruity fermentation driven esters to shine. Maybe one day I might get to try them together 🤔.

We are excited to announce our next Brewing event with Simon from Something About Beer will take place on Sunday 13th September 2026 from 2pm till 5pm. Happy Friday folks 🍻. I have been a little quiet of late due to working on a couple of topics. 1) passed my Personal Licence exam 😁 2) started to dial in my beer brand logo 😃. The first couple of steps taken on a very exciting journey. Stay tuned for regular updates.
