Started yoga in 2011/12 initially using apps and practising at home. My yoga took of when I moved to Bridport in 2014 and started attending classes regularly. I started to learn Iyengar yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Scaravelli yoga, Ashtanga yoga and fitness yoga and have had some amazing teachers
In March 2019 I went to India for a month and completed my yoga teacher training in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga.
