ults, the junior classes are taught in a fun, interesting manner but with the expectation to perform as well as the adults. The classes consist of traditional techniques and patterns as well as a full range of modern sparring skills and training methods. Taekwon-Do can be enjoyed as a hobby or can lead to competition success in patterns and sparring. TEEN AND ADULT TAEKWON-DO
