Sunny Days Bridport Sunny Day Nurseries Ltd. Nursery, Preschool and Play club care in Bridport for children aged 3 months to 8 years.

We have such a fantastic environment for your children to learn and develop through fun and play! Sunny Days Bridport care for children ages 3 months to 5 years. We have spacious, bright and airy play rooms for babies, toddlers, and pre-schoolers. We have a large outdoor space for bikes and trikes. On the grassy area we have climbing frames for those brave little ones, veggie patch, swings, gravel

pit and more!! Our all-inclusive package caters equally for all children and their families offering a wide range of extras such as healthy and freshly made food from breakfast to afternoon tea. Additionally we provide the children with extra-curricular activities throughout the week, over and above the basic provision expected in the early years foundation stage. After 4 years at Sunny Days your child would've had plenty of new and exciting learning opportunities ensuring school readiness.

🎉 Confetti at the ready – we’ve got some news! 🎉

We are incredibly proud to share that following our recent Ofsted inspection, Sunny Days Bridport has received an ‘Expected standard’ rating! 💛

There was so much in the report that made us proud, but hearing our nursery described as a “happy environment”, where children feel “safe and secure” and are “celebrated and valued for who they are” means an enormous amount to us.

Ofsted also recognised the warm, respectful relationships our team build with the children and families, the nurturing and personalised care they provide, and the positive partnerships we have with our families and local schools.

This belongs to our whole Sunny Days community – our brilliant team, our wonderful children and all the families who put their trust in us every day.

We’re VERY proud of this one… as you might be able to tell from the video! 😂🎉💛

Let’s take a moment to appreciate this pair! 💛

While Kirsty is away on maternity leave enjoying precious time with her gorgeous baby girl, Shaye has stepped up as Acting Manager, with Lewis right alongside her as Deputy Manager.

They’ve both been brilliant, keeping everything running smoothly and with lots of energy and positivity.

We really do appreciate everything you’re doing guys – the nursery is in very good hands! 😊💛

LEGO is awesome!! 🙌🧱

It starts with simply mastering the art of clicking two little bricks together… then before you know it, there’s a tower, a spaceship, a house – or something that only its creator can explain! 😄

It’s a brilliant reminder of how one seemingly small skill can lay the brickwork (sorry, couldn’t resist!) for so much more.

Do you still remember your favourite stories from when you were little? 📚💛

Maybe it was the one you asked for every night before bed, the illustrations you could look at for hours, or the characters that felt like friends.

It’s so special watching little ones discover that same magic for themselves. A simple story can become an adventure, spark a game of make-believe, or inspire a whole afternoon of imaginative play.

A few photos from our recent INSET day with our lovely colleagues from Sunny Days Honiton. 💛

These days are a really important part of what we do. They give us the chance to learn together, share ideas and make sure we're always finding new ways to give the children the very best experience while they're with us.

They're also a chance to catch up with friends from across our other Sunny Days settings, spend time together away from our usual routines and enjoy working as one big team. (There were plenty of laughs along the way too!)

And we couldn't finish this post without giving a special shoutout to Scott for putting together an absolute feast for us all! We were very well looked after. 😋👏

A lovely day spent learning, laughing and coming away with lots of ideas to bring back to our wonderful children. 💛

Ahoy there mateys! 🏴‍☠️✨

We’ve been making our very own treasure maps – we had great fun staining them with tea and coffee to make them look really old (very convincing, we must say!). ☕🗺️

We also honed our treasure-making skills using playdough and sparkly “jewels” 💎 and, of course, did some very serious digging… uncovering lots of lovely pirate gold along the way! 😄
