Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Summer programme is here! ☀️

The summer programme includes over 460 activities, from pony trekking to nerf challenges, water sports and graffiti workshops.

Families in receipt of benefits related free school meals or council tax support can book for free.

💦FREE swimming sessions are back this Summer across our East Riding Leisure centres with pools!🏊 (and just in time for the school holidays!)

📅From 17 July - 6 September, each centre will be offering two free hour-long swimming sessions a week for children aged 3 - 16 (who live in the East Riding)
(Swim admission policy applies, under 8's must be accompanied by a responsible person aged 16+)

It's four weeks today until Live 'n Loud starts! Who's excited?🙋

Kicking off our festival this year is STREAMFest: a chance for you to explore, build, experiment and play with an exciting day of hands-on STREAM fun!

Come and try a range of amazing activities -- from engineering with K'NEX and coding with our amazing EaRL Robots, to powering creativity with Snap Circuits and more! Plus, the fantastic Lab Rascals Scientists will be on hand to wow you with their incredible dry ice volcano experiments!

Did you know that the rocky shores of the East Yorkshire coastline are home to a whole world of fascinating sea creatures? At low tide, rockpools become mini-habitats full of life, from scuttling crabs and darting fish to colourful seaweeds and tiny anemones.🦀 🐠

Join Active Coast as we explore the shore together, discovering what lives in these pools and how these creatures survive between the tides. No experience needed – just curiosity and a sense of adventure. Who knows what we might find?

Year 6 have had a brilliant day at the beach. They’ve been busy digging giant holes in the sand, searching for crabs in the rock pools, and getting creative by designing and decorating rocks. 🦀 🌊 🌞
