As our Year 7 students complete their first few weeks at Haygrove School, we have been delighted to hear such positive feedback about their transition to secondary school.

Moving to a new school is a significant milestone, and we are incredibly proud of how quickly our newest students have embraced life at Haygrove. Through student voice activities, Year 7 students shared their reflections on their experiences so far.

We look forward to seeing them continue to grow in confidence, make the most of the opportunities available to them and play an important part in our Haygrove community.

Tuning into Teens Parenting Workshop
A free 6-week workshop for parents of young people aged 10-16 years. Learn practical strategies to: • Improve communication with your teen • Better understand their emotions and behaviour • Support emotional wellbeing • Manage conflict more effectively • Help prevent behaviour difficulties

For the post of Wellbeing Assistant: We’re looking for an empathetic and pro-active individual to work within our Wellbeing provision. Under the guidance of the SENDCo and SEMHCo, you will support students who need extra help to engage confidently in school life, build resilience, and reach their personal and academic goals. A passion for helping our young people and the ability to build connections and relationships are key in this role, as well as a good sense of humour!
