We have exciting Learning Support Assistant opportunities available across our Bridgwater and Taunton Colleges:

• Learning Support Assistant – Foundation Learning
• Learning Support Assistant – Cross College

• Learning Support Assistant – Foundation Learning

These rewarding roles involve working with learners individually and in small groups, providing tailored support and working closely with lecturers and colleagues to help students achieve their individual learning goals.

We’re looking for people who are positive, calm, inclusive and supportive, with previous experience in a support role and a genuine understanding of learners’ individual needs. Experience supporting young people with SEMH and complex behaviours would also be valuable.

📅Foundation Learning: Up to 37 hours per week, 8.30am–4.30pm
📅 Cross College: Up to 35 hours per week, 8.45am–4.45pm
Closing dates:
• Taunton roles – Wednesday 9 September 2026
• Bridgwater roles – Sunday 13 September 2026

Do you enjoy working with livestock and want to be part of a hardworking farm team?

We're looking for a Relief Milker to join the team at Rodway Farm, Cannington College on a flexible bank contract.

🌿 What you'll be doing:
🐄 Milking the dairy herd
🧼 Maintaining high standards of hygiene
❤️ Monitoring animal welfare
🚜 Supporting with general farm and yard duties

💷£20 per hour
📍Rodway Farm, Cannington College
⏰ Flexible bank hours – including early mornings, evenings and weekends

We're looking for someone who has experience working with livestock, is reliable, has a good understanding of animal welfare, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. Previous milking experience is desirable but not essential.

Do you have a passion for agriculture and animal welfare? We're looking for a motivated and reliable General Farm Worker to join the team at Rodway Farm!
This varied and hands-on role will involve:
🐄 Working with cattle and sheep
🚜 Tractor driving and machinery operation
🔧 Maintenance of farm equipment and facilities
🌽 Supporting the day-to-day running of the farm
We're looking for someone who is organised, able to manage their own workload, works well as part of a team, and has a strong commitment to health and safety and animal welfare. Previous farm experience is essential.
