Treadmill Hike 3k

After a long long think I’ve decided I can’t go fast I’ve spent the last 2years trying to find a way find a pattern, find my zone but due to my large health history and lack of exercise over the years.

New Mindset, New Approach, go Heavy and High, why rush life..

So today I started my journey to being a better Mountaineer - Outdoor Leader so off to the treadmill 3k and 357mt Elevation with a 12kilo Mountain Leaders Pack.

357mt Claimed that’s 3.7 Times the height of Big Ben
