Today we had a spook-tacular trip to the Quantocks Pumpkin Patch! ๐ŸŽƒ

The children had such a lovely time exploring the fields โ€” even though it was very muddy and wet, they embraced the adventure with big smiles and lots of laughter! We saw some adorable baby lambs and a fluffy Highland cow, which everyone was very excited about. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฎ

When we needed to warm up, we spent some time in the indoor area, where the children enjoyed playing and chatting about their favourite pumpkins.

They also had great fun riding around on the tractor trikes, pretending to be real farmers! ๐Ÿšœ

Everyone did so well today โ€” lots of happy faces, muddy boots, and wonderful memories made. ๐Ÿ’›

What a wonderful day weโ€™ve had!

This morning we took a lovely trip to Serendipity Creative Cafรฉ for some pottery painting. The children were absolutely fantastic โ€” they walked sensibly through the town, listened beautifully, and showed great care and awareness when crossing the roads safely. Weโ€™re so proud of how responsible and grown-up they all were!

After lunch, we got creative again by making magical potions using some beautiful flowers that were kindly gifted to us. The children enjoyed mixing, pouring, and watching the colours change as they invented their own spell ingredients!

Later in the afternoon, we had fun with our small world toys and magnets, building little houses and imaginative scenes together. There was lots of teamwork and chatter as everyone shared ideas and creations.

To finish the day, we explored a bit of technology โ€” the children were fascinated to see the photocopier in action as we copied our hands! It was a lovely mix of curiosity, laughter, and learning.

A day full of creativity, exploration, and discovery โ€” well done, Little Blossoms! ๐ŸŒผ

The children got creative making their own diyas using clay and sparkles, and they looked absolutely beautiful. We also built a magical den decorated with fairy lights and battery candles, perfect for storytelling and quiet time.

As part of our celebrations, we decorated our colourful henna tattoo paintings, using a variety of patterns and paints โ€“ the results were stunning!

We also started learning a lovely autumn poem called "Leaves are Falling". Hereโ€™s how it goes:
๐Ÿ
Leaves are falling, leaves are falling, one fell on my nose
Leaves are falling, leaves are falling, one fell on my toes
Leaves are falling, leaves are falling, one fell on my head
Leaves are falling, leaves are falling, yellow, orange, red!
