Three scents, each built around a moment.

FIRE — charred wood, warmth, smoke and the quiet scent left behind after something has burned.

GREEN HOUSE — inspired by green tomatoes: sharp stems, crushed leaves, damp earth and that vivid, almost electric green smell of a greenhouse.

STORM — the scent after rain. Wet concrete, mineral air, cold stone and the atmosphere just after a downpour.

Made in small batches at SLATE Studio and available now from the studio. 🌿🔥🌧️

Festive Wreath Making at Slate Studio 🌿✨

Join us at Slate Studio this festive season for a relaxed evening of wreath making.

Using seasonal foliage and natural materials, you’ll create your own wreath to take home and enjoy throughout the festive season. You’ll also have access to materials from the studio — including naturally dyed fabrics, deadstock textiles, ribbons and other collected details — so each wreath can become something a little more individual.

Everything you need will be provided. Just come along, make something beautiful and enjoy a cosy evening in the studio.

£35 per person

I’ve been working on a small batch of incense created especially for Inanna Talisman, to accompany the launch of Hannah’s beautiful talisman jewellery.

The blend was chosen to mirror the intention behind the pieces themselves — something symbolic, protective, loving and ritualistic.

Frankincense for sacred space and clarity.
Myrrh for protection and grounding.
Rose for love and devotion.
And pomegranate at the heart of it — a symbol of abundance, regeneration, femininity and ancient goddess traditions.

The idea was to create something that could sit alongside the jewellery as part of a ritual — burned while setting an intention, wearing a piece for the first time, gifting it to someone, or simply creating a moment of pause.

A little scent, smoke and symbolism to accompany something made to be treasured. ✨
