Our Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship is perfect if you’re already in a managerial role in the Early Years sector and want to develop your skills further. This qualification will help you progress your career and deepen your understanding of key areas in early education.

• Play a key role in creating quality learning environments
• Learn about Early Years pedagogy and curriculum planning
• Develop skills in managing positive behaviour and effective care routines

To become an apprentice, you need to be aged 16 or over, willing to learn while you earn, and a UK resident or have lived in the UK/EEA for 3 years.
