Our IMC training days are the days that I genuinely look forward to every year. ❤️

I always come away from it having learnt something new, had something clarified and, most importantly, feeling even more confident that I’m heading in the right direction.

There’s something really special about spending three hours in a room full of like minded people, all there because they want to learn, improve and become better martial artists.

Being taught by Master Finch our Head of Curriculum, and having the opportunity to soak up his passion, dedication and incredible knowledge, is something I personally find so valuable.

It challenges me.
It makes me think.
It gives me things to take away and work on.
