St John & Francis Church School OSCAR aims to help provide extra equipment for the children, by rais
The PTA are a group of parents and carers, with children at the school, who give up their time for free to organise fundraising events and activities. The money raised is used to purchase equipment or services that will enhance the education of the children at the school. Although we work alongside the school we do not gain information before any other parents and the things we share, we do so out of kindness to other parents.

Tomorrow...the Team will be selling ice creams outside of the Year 5 classrooms...we will also have tokens for the Summer Fair activities and a selection of pre-loved (non branded) uniform, skirts, trousers and dresses...if you are looking for branded items please pop us a message 👍

Friday...Outside of the Year 5 Classrooms we will be selling ice creams to finish your week off with a refreshing treat (prices on the poster)🍦you can pay by cash or card (min spend of £2 for card)
We will also have additional Summer Fair Raffle Tickets and tokens which you can use for activities at the fair.
Raffle tickets will be coming home with your children in their bags too.

So glad our Year 6’s had a great time learning these very important life long skills. We are so proud to support with the funding of this training. 😁
The past two days have been absolutely incredible 💚
Sam had the pleasure of spending time with the amazing Year 6 pupils at St John & St Francis School in Bridgwater, and to say they were fantastic would be an understatement 🙌✨
We were so lucky to spend a full day with each class (instead of our usual 1 hour 30 minutes), which meant we could really dive deep into life-saving skills 🚑
From handling emergencies, unconscious but breathing casualties, CPR & AED use ❤️🩹, to burns, bleeds, choking, head injuries, and fractures. All brought to life with loads of fun, hands-on activities!
What truly stood out though was their maturity and inclusivity 💭💫
The thoughtful questions they asked, especially about people who might otherwise be overlooked in a first aid situation, were just incredible. It’s something we’re really passionate about at Mini First Aid, so hearing that level of awareness was amazing 🫶
A huge well done to Eagles and Kestrels 🦅 you absolutely wowed me! I’ve had the best time and I really hope to see you all again.
