Babies & Toddlers have enjoyed their duck activities this week. Counting and exploring with our number ducks. This is a great fun sensory way of learning numbers. Little Busy Bees 🐝 also enjoyed using the yellow paint sticks to colour in their the ducks so they can take home for Mummy & Daddy.
We then decided to go and feed the duck πŸ¦† as the little ones love doing this, bless them. Also this week two little ones have learnt a new word!
Guess what that is ( DUCK ) πŸ˜€πŸ¦†πŸ¦†. One was saying duck when we were feeding them & then one of the other littles ones , when we came home said , β€œWhere’s the ducks” .
So then we sang five little ducks πŸ¦† which they all love.
This is such an achievement, when Busy Bees 🐝 children learn new words and are put three words together to create a sentence.
I am proud of you all , well done πŸ‘ πŸ€—.

What a lovely time we have had at the park . Lots of goes on different swings.
Giggles and laughter !
We enjoyed the fresh air and our walk to the park, exploring nature around us , watching & listening to birds singing in the trees . 🌲
We then came back to our childcare setting for story time and to play with some toys with our friends at Busy Bees 🐝.

Lots of singing nursery rhythms , action songs and playing musical instruments with their little friends, both babies & toddlers, fully engaged and enjoying themselves! 😊

What a lovely time we have had at the library today. Sitting around in a circle together with other children and having good listening skills to understand what song we were singing next.
Our favourite was wheels on the bus. 🚌
Singing nursery rhymes with friends and playing musical music. Afterwards we enjoyed some free play with toys & made some new friends at that were also at the library.

Busy Bees 🐝 childcare setting would like to welcome our new little one. Who has settled in amazingly and enjoyed playing & exploring with the musical instruments, coloured balls and other musical toys with her new friends. Bless her , not forgetting her mummy who went home with a welcome gift bag treats to thank Mummy for choosing Busy Bees 🐝 to enjoy her treat whilst she left her baby for settling in 😊.
As I understand how hard it can be leaving their baby for the first time in a childcare setting ! I am pleased to say little one came with a smile & went home with a smile.

Today Busy Bees 🐝 childcare setting would like to wish
Two pre-school little ones a big good luck for your next chapter in your life. It’s been a pleasure to look after you both.
One little one has been attending since she was 5 months old and is nearly 4 years old. This job is very rewarding, to see little ones from when their babies given them care attention , teaching them everyday day life skills to growing up to
pre - school age & being independent little people.
It’s sad 😒 to see them leave but also , good to see all their achievements They have achieved by attending busy bees childcare setting over their first early years of their life’s, from crawling , sitting up to walking and talking, sharing and turn taking with friends. Learning to count & know there letter sounds & sharing stories together.
So here is to celebrate happy memories together and good luck on your new adventures.
Thank you to your Mummy & Daddy for choosing Busy Bees 🐝 childcare setting to look after your little ones from babies, it’s been a pleasure.
Also a big thank you πŸ₯°πŸ’™πŸ©· for my special thank you cards and gifts, much appreciated , which I shall always treasure. I have tears in my eyes now writing this , as it’s been a fun but emotional day . Please keep in touch with us.

Going on a Gruffalo hunt in the woods was great fun, we did lots of exploring, finding pine combs of different sizes and counting them.
Looking around to see where Gruffalo was hiding in the trees.
We looked after each other well by holding hands and chatting to each other along the way.
We also had fun playing in the garden with the tent , tunnel & ball pit together. οΏΌ what a fun learning adventure we have had with friends.
