Farewell to an incredible year freelancing at Swindon School of Gymnastics Ltd (Official Pg). The gymnasts here are true champions, and the memories we've made will stay close to my heart. As we bring September to a close, I'm filled with gratitude for my incredible journey within the South West gymnastics community this month. 🤸‍♂️

From coaching at clubs, judging in test comps in preparation for regional grades, to being part of the South West grades event and witnessing the dedication at the national regional team training day – it's been a month of positivity and growth!

I take great pride in representing all our exceptional clubs as the Men's Artistic Gymnastics Chair at the South West committee meetings. 🙌 A huge shoutout to each and every club for their unwavering support. 🙏

I had the privilege of delivering a series of empowering workshops to talented squad gymnasts at The Academy Of Gymnastics Portishead. These workshops focused on crucial aspects like self-awareness, personal growth, self-identity, and mental health and wellbeing. It was an incredible evening filled with growth, learning, and a positive atmosphere. Witnessing the girls embrace these topics and the benefits they gained was truly remarkable. They developed a heightened sense of self-awareness, discovered their inner strength, and fostered a positive mindset. I am immensely proud of their accomplishments and the progress they have made.

Furthermore, I am excited to extend these transformative workshops to other clubs and gymnasts, supporting their development and helping them unlock their potential. Together, we can empower more young gymnasts to thrive in their journey and equip them with the tools to navigate the demands of gymnastics and life with confidence and balance. 🌟🤸‍♀️💪 Get in touch for more information !

Delivered the first outdoor personal training session of the year today to Susanne Akerstrom Studio Susanne Photography in the local park! Taking advantage of the beautiful weather and utilizing TRX and park benches for a challenging workout. Susanne's dedication is truly remarkable!

Had the privilege of attending the International Lifestyle & Personal Development Practitioners Forum at University of East London, and what a fantastic day it was! Elizabeth, the lead practitioner, delivered an exceptional program for athlete development and support, while Rob's informative seminar on ACT gave us plenty to think about. The networking opportunities and practical sessions were invaluable, providing a great chance to share, learn and reflect on our practice. Let's strive to be the best we can be for the athletes we interact with.

What a blast it's been working at Penryn Gymnastics Centre in Falmouth, Cornwall over the last week with the MAG squad! These young gymnasts have been putting in a lot of hard work and have shown tremendous progress. It's been a joy to watch them develop their skills and grow in confidence. I'm grateful for the opportunity to work with such a talented and dedicated group of athletes. Keep up the great work, guys!
