🎉 EXCITING NEWS — BRAND NEW FLEXERCISE CLASS IN BRIDGWATER! 🎉

I’m really excited to announce that I’m starting a brand new Flexercise class in Bridgwater! 💜💚

Flexercise is a fun, friendly and low-impact fitness class, suitable for all ages and abilities. It’s a great way to get moving, improve your fitness and enjoy exercising in a relaxed, welcoming environment. 😊

📍 Bridgwater Methodist Church
🚪 Entrance from the back on Church Street (next to Anderson & Wall)

💷 £7.50 per class
🎟️ £42 for a 6-class pass (valid for 12 weeks)

It suddenly feels very real… just 23 days until our Fit & Fabulous Feel Good Event! 💃

We’ve got a whole afternoon planned at Wellsprings Leisure Centre with line dancing, clubbercise, yoga, Tai Chi, FLexercise, Zumba and plenty of time to stop for a cuppa and a chat. ☕️

Come along, try something new, have a dance, meet some lovely people and enjoy an afternoon of feeling good! 💗

☀️ It looks like we’re in for some more hot weather! As always, please listen to your body and take things at your own pace. Remember to:

💧 Bring plenty of water
🧊 Bring a wet or frozen flannel to help you cool down
🌿 Take extra breaks whenever you need them
💪 Our exercises will be adapted to suit the warmer weather

And please don’t feel bad if the heat is just too much for you — we completely understand! Your health and wellbeing always come first. ❤️ There will be plenty more opportunities to join us when the weather feels more comfortable.

Whether you’re dancing, flexing, toning, stepping up your fitness or simply moving your body, we can’t wait to have you with us! 🥰
