The summer holidays can be a wonderful opportunity to spend time together, but they can also bring challenges when it comes to keeping children engaged, managing routines, and maintaining family wellbeing.
To support families over the break, Somerset's Mental Health Support Team is offering a free "Surviving & Thriving over the Summer Holidays" webinar for parents and carers. During this 90-minute session, we will explore practical strategies to help make the holidays more enjoyable and less stressful for everyone. Topics include:
• Creating flexible routines and boundaries that work during the holidays
• Simple ways to stay organised and reduce family stress
• Ideas for fun activities and quality family time
• Information about local support and opportunities available across Somerset
