On Friday, 40 Year 8 pupils and 10 members of staff took on the incredible challenge of climbing Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) in memory of Will Davis.

It was a day of courage, friendship and determination, with every pupil reaching the summit.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported Walk for Will – together, we have raised over £3,000 to help create a lasting memorial for Will 💙

Last week's Work Experience Week was a huge success, with all of our Year 10s getting a taste of the world of work. 🌍✨

They've come back into school full of stories, new skills, more confidence and plenty of enthusiasm – and they're still buzzing about their experiences!

Huge congratulations to Year 7 artist Nia Sandhu! We’re absolutely thrilled that her beautiful ceramic sculpture Chompy has been selected for this year's Royal Academy of Arts Young Artists’ Summer Show 🎨✨

Out of an amazing 25,659 entries submitted by young artist across the UK, only 190 were chosen – making this an incredible achievement.

Inspired by Nia’s much-loved guinea pig, Chompy is a heartfelt piece full of creativity, care and craftsmanship. It’s now being showcased both online and at the Royal Academy in London. 🐹💙

Our Year 7s stepped back in time last week and enjoyed a fantastic trip to Stokesay and Ludlow Castles, where their Middle Ages lessons came to life.

From exploring clever castle defences and attack strategies to imagining what daily life was like hundreds of years ago, there was a lot to discover.

A brilliant day of learning outside the classroom and a trip to remember! 🏰☀️
