👏Congratulations to Bridgnorth locals Anna Bradford and Chris Murr on passing their black belt gradings.

Bridgnorth Tae Kwon-Do: Martial Arts in Shropshire

Both have trained and worked hard on preparing for it overcoming hurdles along the way.

Anna has been promoted to 3rd Dan and Chris has been promoted to 5th Dan.

Their instructor Gary Plant said that both Anna and Chris were put through their paces on the day physically and mentally proving that hard work really does pay off. Congratulations on their well deserved promotions.

We’re inviting girls of all abilities to a “Love Rugby – Open Training Session” at Bridgnorth Rugby Club.

Whether you’ve played before or you’re completely new, rugby is a fantastic sport where everyone is welcome.
