takes a modern approach to teaching providing beginner and advanced programs for children and adults. Classes are fun and exciting offering a total body workout you wont find in any gym or fitness center as well as providing a personal touch you just won't find anywhere else. For our younger members there are school holiday camps and regular fun days helping them with social skills and developing friendships based on mutual respect with like minded positive peers. Regardless of whether you've ever set foot in a gym before, our instructors will listen to your needs and develop your program to meet your needs. You will receive a personal assessment as well as a trial class before choosing which program is for you.
