What a fantastic day we've had at our annual Summer Rewards Day today. Lots of happy children enjoying an end of year treat with an array of inflatables and climbing wall, and a Mr Whippy ice cream.

Thank you to JM Entertainment ltd for your professionalism and fantastic service and Mr Whippy South Wales for serving 400 ice creams!

Finally thank you to our amazing PTA for.providing funds to allow these events to happen.

We have a special surprise treat for pupils tomorrow - please don't tell them its a surprise! Children will need to wear a hat, bring a water bottle and long trousers and socks are recommended. Children may bring in shorts to change into.

Our year 6 children enjoyed a standing ovation after their performance of their end of year production - Psychedelic Cinderella - tonight. What a fantastic performance. Over the last few days they have performed twice to parents and carers, and once to the whole school. Well done year 6 creating memories in your last week in Oldcastle.
