For anyone still on this page this is a fantastic new playgroup opening in Brynna Community Centre.

So this week we will be putting some faces to the business, starting with company director - Hollie Day.

Following the sad and unexpected departure of LCDP Playtots from Brynna Community Centre Hollie did not want to see Brynna left without a childcare provision. Therefore she seized the opportunity to put her extensive experience into practice by continuing to serve the Brynna community in the form of a brand new setting

New Leader Update!
Hi everyone, I’m Lauren and I’m lucky enough to be taking over from the amazing Kaylie running the Bridgend classes. Firstly I’d like to say a massive Thank you to everyone who has liked and shared my page so far, it means a lot to see so much support already! I feel really privileged to be able to have this opportunity and am really excited to start running the Happy Hands classes and meet all the lovely children and parents. I’ve been to the classes myself so already know what big shoes I have to fill with Kaylie leaving so promise I will do my best to live up to the amazing classes she has run over the past 2 years.
For those of you who don’t know me I am a mum to 2 boys, Jack who is 10 and Harry who is 8months old (as you can see in my photo, I very rarely have a photo by myself).
I am a qualified teacher and have been teaching in both England and Wales for the past 15 years. I have mainly taught within the Foundation phase so jumping around, singing and dancing is something I’ve done every day and can’t wait to continue it with your little ones.
I know first hand how daunting it can be going to a baby class for the first time but have also seen the benefits it has on children so please come along, have lots of fun with your child , chat with the other parents, watch your child reach different milestones and hopefully leave feeling like you can’t wait for the next session.
Please feel free to share my page with as many friends as possible and if you are interested please come along to classes when they start back.

I am hoping classes will be up and running again within a couple of weeks but I will update this page as soon as I have a date. To begin with classes will continue in Bryncethin on a Monday and Soft Landings Play area on a Tuesday and Thursday but watch this space as I’m hoping to have another venue soon.

***ANNOUNCEMENT ALERT***

As you are all aware I had to make the difficult decision to stop running sessions in the Bridgend area.

However...... Fear not I have some AMAZING NEWS 💜

It has taken a little time to get the wheels in motion but I am so excited to announce that Happy hands will continue.

The amazing Lauren has taken over my little franchise and will be bringing classes back to Bridgend very soon.

Unfortunately I am unable to hand over this page to Lauren due to an issue with the page not allowing me to do so however Lauren has created her own page which we would be VERY grateful if you can all pop along to the link below and follow her page 💜
As soon as dates have been confirmed Lauren will announce when she will be starting classes.

Lauren has 2 children and a background in teaching and I know she will absolutely thrive at this new journey. She is beautiful inside and out and I know you will all love her 💜

An emotional week to say the least.
Thank you doesn't seem enough but from the bottom of my heart you guys have been absolutely incredible.

I cannot put into words exactly how this last 2 years has made me feel but being a part of happy hands for 6 years has been a pleasure. It was a joy to be a customer of happy hands and it was an absolute pleasure to follow that by running sessions for you all.

Happy hands helped me through the early stages of parenting especially when I had 2 under 2.

From classes to home videos I loved every second and so much so I took over the area to continue the purple heart myself. I hope I have brought you guys as much joy as I received attending sessions.

My days start with snuggles, smiles and happy children and that was the best way to start any day.
I have loved every second and am beyond grateful for this opportunity.

Please stay in touch I would love to still chat with you all and see your little ones continuing to grow and thrive 🥰

I genuinely love you all and have made some incredible friends along this little journey.

Sending massive hugs to you all and I am very hopeful that the purple 💜 will continue in the area 🤞🏻 as soon as I know anything you guys will know I promise.

Not a post I wanted to write following a 2 year celebration post 🥺

Due to family circumstances, and shift work commitments I am unfortunately not able to give my all to happy hands anymore 💔

It breaks my heart to write this post and I have tried all I can to keep it going but unfortunately with my shift work I just can't keep things going any longer.

I am looking for someone to purchase my little franchise which will come with everything you need and more to get your business up and off the ground. You would be supported by the happy hands team and of course have my ongoing support wherever was needed ❤️

Happy hands has brought me joy, love and happiness for 6 years. From attending classes to eventually running this little franchise myself I have loved every second of it and am devastated that I won't be able to continue this little journey but it just doesn't work for me anymore 🥺

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for EVERYTHING you have all done and allowing me to be a small part of your little ones developments. I will not forget any of you guys. You have made my day watching your little ones learn and grow in confidence.
A big thank you to happy hands club and of course Emma for giving me the opportunity to take this business over and I hope I have provided you guys with as much happiness as you've given me.
