Jack turned professional as a cage fighter at just 18, sharing the octagon with some of the very best in the sport – including Sean Strickland – and going the full distance against top‑level opposition and of course the bar nuckle circuit. 🥴

Cost: £10 per person

Congratulations to everyone tonight some well earned promotions and stripes on belts.

I had great pleasure in presenting a few of the adults and my own daughters belts myself which was fantastic 😇

Please can everyone make a effort to be in training today for Bjj it’s grading. If you get a belt you get whipped if you don’t, you get to whip it’s a win win situation. 😅
