We have collaborated with two local causes;
Lads & Dads Men’s Mental Well-being and Assia Domestic Abuse Service to hold a special event to raise funds and awareness of these worthwhile community groups.

Every ticket purchased will automatically be entered into a draw to win a certified, signed Welsh Rugby shirt.

There will also be an opportunity to purchase additional raffle tickets on the evening to win some other great prizes to include a signed Ospreys shirt, a Haywain meal voucher and many more.

The evenings entertainment will be provided by our good friend ’Just Warnock’, so it’s guaranteed to be a great night.

We have a limited amount of tickets available at the pub or you can call the number on the poster.

Any profits raised will be shared equally between Lads & Dads, Assia and Brackla RFC Mini Magpies

🏡 Honouring the past, creating a wonderful future… ✨

As we transform our new building into a beautiful day nursery, we’ve been thinking carefully about the history of the building and the important role it has played within the local community over the years.

Before it becomes a place filled with little voices, laughter, learning and play, the building was home to a surgery — and rather than erase all of its history, we want to pay homage to its past ❤️

Throughout our renovation, we’re planning to retain some of the original features of the building wherever possible, incorporating them thoughtfully into our new nursery design.

We love the idea that some of the building’s character and story will remain, while it begins an entirely new chapter as a place where children can learn, explore, make friends and create memories 🌿🧸✨

It’s so exciting to imagine the transformation, and we can’t wait to share more of the journey with you as the work progresses!

🌿 A view right on our doorstep… ⛪️💚

One of the lovely things about our new nursery setting is the beautiful view our children will have from upstairs — overlooking our local church and the surrounding community.

Having such a special place right on our doorstep gives our children so many opportunities to learn about the world around them. 🌍

From spotting the changing seasons 🌸🍂, watching the church and community come to life, talking about local history and traditions, to simply pausing to appreciate the beauty around us — learning doesn’t have to happen inside the nursery walls.

We want our children to feel part of their local community, developing a sense of belonging, curiosity and connection with the place they call home. ❤️

And we think this little view will provide plenty of opportunities for conversations, questions, stories and learning along the way.
