It’s a Marathon not a Sprint!!!

These challenges became my life saver! After having my daughter and killing myself in the gym, I had never felt so sluggish and uncomfortable in my clothes and in myself. I was constantly tired, and was a size 14/16. I know that this isn’t a bad thing but for me before my daughter I was always a size 10. I needed some help and I met Sophie Richardson.

Starting on a basic plan was now it began and four months later I had dropped a dress size. I changed up my training and added in more products including the Phyto complete. In less than a year I had dropped inches from my waist, thighs and hips, had loads of energy and slept so much better.

I’m now 2 years into my journey, back in a size 8/10 clothes and 19kgs down. Life has never felt better. Best decision and lifestyle change 💚 If you want to know how, I would love to help. Drop me a message with the word ‘Glow’!

Now we are coming into the winter months I like to be prepared. I’ve made my collagen drink for later and added my immune booster! Would highly recommend this product for helping to keep those virus at bay. I always start the day with my breakfast smoothie, and today I opted for Strawberry 🍓. I’ve also got my rebuild strength drink for after Hyrox this morning at the gym and my achieve bar!!! You can’t go wrong with these amazing products……. I bloody ❤️them. Happy Friday 😘

Chapter 44! Life is all about how you feel. 100% I feel the best I have felt in years. I don’t recognise the person on the left at 38. I had such little energy, struggled with sleep, lied about my food (to myself) and trained so hard everyday. Yes, I go to the gym, yes I’m fortunate that I can do that, sport has always been part of my life, and will continue to be. However, what’s so important with our health is what we eat!!! The saying, ‘We are what we eat’ is so true! WHO wouldn’t want to have more energy, better skin and hair, be happier in themselves, sleep better………. Sometimes, you just need to give yourself a little bit of self love ❤️ If anyone can relate, reach out and let me know, I would love to help you!!

So excited for this!!! Tickets still available at the Cliffs Pavilion Southend (Friday night and Saturday night). Jazmin dancing her first show with the amazing Diversity studio…. What an opportunity, she is excited but also so nervous! Enjoy the moment sweetheart ☺️💗
