Absolutely amazing classes tonight. Here's a shot of some of our 30 Monday Juniors working hard following their summer holidays.

3.5 years ago this class had only 6 students in it, and tonight the car park at the school was packed. I'm so proud of how far we've come, and gratefulfor all the support along the way!!

Last night was our final Year 6 Leavers Self-Defence Session of the summer.

It has been my pleasure to help so many young people feel a little more prepared and confident about navigating the world independently. I also hope that the parents also feel a little less anxious too.

Over the summer we have covered so many aspects of Self-Defence, and for the ones who have attended multiple sessions I have been so proud to see their progression and confidence grow.

As always, a huge thank you to Essex PFCC for funding these sessions and to Brentwood Borough Council for supporting the sessions too!

Last night's Free Year 6 Leavers Self-Defence Session was excellent!!

Most of the kids had attended multiple sessions over the summer, so we got to work on some additional things, plus recap lots of key aspects. Repetition is key when it comes to any physical skill and these guys were incredible!!

Looking forward to tonight's final session of the summer!!

Huge thank you to Essex PFCC for funding these sessions, the feedback I've received so far has been overwhelmingly positive, and I'm looking forward to running these sessions again next summer!!
