Have a look at Vince Godfrey, a student from CFF 2025, doing a session in Budapest for CFF’s maestro and composer, Daryl Griffith!
Obviously, Daryl could’ve conducted these orchestral sessions himself, but he decided to hire Vince instead.
Why?
🤩 Because Daryl is keen to support the next generation of conductors, composers, orchestrators and music producers for film, music, tv, game and ballet music.
That’s the whole reason he set up .
🤩 To give something back to an industry that has been so good to him.
Daryl hadn’t met Vince before his attendance on last October’s course, but Daryl was so impressed by Vince’s commitment to conducting as a profession that he wanted to help further nurture Vince’s talent.
Not just by giving him session work, but also by coaching him during the sessions to sharpen up his skills even further.
Daryl also has Vince earmarked to do a few other projects later this year.
🤩 Mentorship from Daryl is a benefit that many students can expect to enjoy if they sign up for his course. In fact, he’s had several post-course zooms and in-person meetings with CFF alumnae to discuss issues they face.
Such support is not guaranteed, of course. But, if Daryl’s schedule allows, or he has a project he thinks might be suitable for someone’s skills, he will try to be as supportive as he can after the course.
If you’d like access to this ongoing learning experience, the first step is to do his course! And, you’re in luck, TWO spots have opened up on this normally sold-old opportunity to:
