Did you know that Ospreys have returned to the Usk Valley? Previously persecuted to the brink of extinction, these spectacular birds are now back and starting to breed in Wales. Excitingly, two eggs have been laid this month in the nest at Gilestone Farm, on the outskirts of Talybont-on-Usk.

We built this website for Usk Valley Ospreys. https://www.uskvalleyospreys.org/

The charity was set up to support and protect the birds and their return to the Usk Valley. The group also manage a live feed of the nest of Usk’s breeding pair which you can view via the website.

We worked on this quick turnaround campaign site for a group of cancer charities who’ve come together to push for improved cancer care for children, young people and their families.

https://www.northstarcancercollective.org.uk/

This collaboration is led by five charities: Alike, CCLG: The Children and Young People’s Cancer Association, Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust, Shine Cancer Support and Young Lives vs Cancer.

If you want to get involved and feed into the campaign, the collective regularly runs “exploring perspectives” workshops to help deepen their understanding of the system around children and young people with cancer and ways it could be improved. The next session is 22 July - find out more and sign up here: https://www.northstarcancercollective.org.uk/opportunities-to-get-involved

What people actually need help with (it’s not design)

Most people think they need help with:

• a website

What they actually need help with is:

• working out what they offer
• explaining it clearly
• structuring it so it makes sense
• turning it into something that gets enquiries

That’s the bit most people get stuck on, and it’s exactly where we help.

We:

• shape your message so it sounds like you (not generic or AI-written)
• understand what your audience actually cares about
• structure your content so people follow it (and don’t drop off)
• guide visitors towards taking action - enquiries, bookings, sales
• and get it finished and live, without it dragging on

Because a website isn’t just about how it looks, it’s about whether it works.
